The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location, close to public transportation, and within walking distance to some of the city's main attractions. Also, the complimentary breakfast provided a nice touch to start off the day.

The room size was a bit small and cramped, and the lack of windows made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Additionally, the facilities were a bit basic, and certain amenities that we had expected were not available in the room. Despite this, the fantastic service and cleanliness of the hotel made up for the somewhat lackluster facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues. the staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival, assisting us with our luggage. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the in-house massage services were fantastic. the room was clean and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom was too small without a toiletries rack, and there were limited hangers in the room. There was no proper area to put my own cosmetics and toiletries in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was not up to par.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We loved how clean and well-maintained it was. The staff went above and beyond - providing a warm welcome, helping us with luggage and even walking us all the way to the train station upon checkout. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the Pratunum market and an MRT station.

I had a surprisingly good experience at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, nestled between the bustling Pratunum market and the city center. It made exploring so convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help us with any queries or requests. Finally, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, especially the comfortable twin beds and the tasty breakfast served every morning.

Although there were some minor hiccups during my stay, overall, everything was fine.
